Welcome to 601 Ways. By booking a service, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with our website or business in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Services

 

601 Ways provides creative services including photography, videography, graphic design, branding, and marketing. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at our discretion.

 

 

2. Booking and Payment

 

• A deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will honor the agreed-upon rate.

• Late payments may incur a fee.

 

 

3. Cancellation & Refunds

 

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.

• No refunds will be given for “No Edit” packages or missed appointments.

 

 

4. Image Delivery & Edits

 

• For packages labeled “No Edits,” clients receive only raw, unedited images. No retouching or corrections will be applied.

• If editing is requested post-shoot, an additional fee per image will apply.

• Standard turnaround time for edited images is 7–14 business days unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

5. Ownership & Usage

 

• 601 Ways retains the copyright to all images and videos created, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive a usage license for personal or professional use. Reproduction or commercial resale without written permission is prohibited.

 

 

6. Intern Program

 

• All internship positions are unpaid unless stated otherwise.

• Participants agree to abide by our guidelines, attend meetings on time, and maintain professionalism throughout the program.

 

 

7. Liability

 

601 Ways is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during a session or as a result of using our services. Clients are responsible for their own property and safety.

 

 

8. Privacy

 

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely to fulfill your service requests and will not be shared without consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

 

9. Modifications

 

601 Ways reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
